These terms apply when you use the Luci3D Layers website, submit a form, request a custom order, or purchase products from Luci3D Layers.

Orders and Checkout

Online checkout is handled by Shopify. Prices, shipping options, taxes, discounts, and payment methods are shown in checkout before payment. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms the order and payment is authorized.

Standard Products

Standard products are offered only when finished, inspected, and allocated to ready-to-ship inventory. Availability is limited to the quantity shown in the shop. A specific dispatch-time promise will be published only after the packing and carrier-handoff process is validated; until then, the delivery options and estimates shown at checkout apply. Luci3D Layers products are 3D printed and may have small natural variations in finish, color, texture, or surface detail. Product photos are representative, and exact colors can vary by material availability, lighting, and screen settings.

Custom Requests

Custom requests, crew batches, logo trinkets, and collaborations are not currently being accepted while the standard product launch is prepared. If custom work reopens later, it will use a separate written quote and schedule; standard-product availability and checkout estimates will not apply. Luci3D Layers will not accept material the requester does not have rights to use.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping, availability, damaged items, and returns are covered on the Shipping & Returns page. Eligible unused, unworn, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to that detailed policy, which governs eligibility, costs, and refund handling. For non-defective returns, customers pay return shipping and original shipping is not refundable. Approved refunds return to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Drop List and Promotional Emails

If you join a drop list or receive promotional emails, you can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing luci3dlayers@gmail.com.

Product Use

Products are small 3D-printed accessories and collectibles. They are not safety equipment, protective gear, or toys for young children. Keep small parts away from children and pets, and use pins, clips, or attachments with care.

Festival and Brand References

Luci3D Layers products and pages may reference festival culture, events, crews, or communities for descriptive purposes. Luci3D Layers is not affiliated with or endorsed by any festival organizer unless explicitly stated.
