Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted and printed to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $4.95 for orders $0-$34.99
- FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $0.00 for orders $35.00+
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.95 (no minimum order)

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your trinkets! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective
- Original packaging should be included when possible
Defects & Damages: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 7 days with photos.
How to Return:

- We'll provide a return shipping label
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
