🚀 Shipping Information

Standard Product Availability: Standard products are offered only when finished, inspected, and allocated to ready-to-ship inventory. Availability is limited to the quantity shown in the shop. A specific dispatch-time promise will be published only after the packing and carrier-handoff process is validated. Until then, review the delivery options and estimates shown at checkout before placing an order.

Shipping Methods:

• Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.90 for orders $0-$34.99
• FREE Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $0.00 for orders $35.00+
• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $6.90 for U.S. orders

Checkout rates: Final shipping options and totals are shown in Shopify checkout before payment.

Custom Requests: Custom, crew, logo, collaboration, and time-sensitive requests are not currently being accepted while the standard product launch is prepared.

International Shipping: Currently shipping to US addresses only.

30-Day Return Window: Eligible unused, unworn, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This detailed policy governs eligibility, costs, and refund handling.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Opened or used festival-wear and accessories are not eligible for non-defective returns
• Custom, personalized, crew batch, logo, or collab orders cannot be returned unless defective
• Original packaging should be included when possible

Defects & Damages: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 7 days with photos.

Return Costs: For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges and rush fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our fulfillment error.

How to Return:

• Contact us at luci3dlayers@gmail.com with your order number
• We'll confirm eligibility, return steps, and whether a return shipping label applies
• Pack the item securely and ship it back
• If a refund is approved after inspection, Luci3D Layers submits it to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.
