Order support: Include your Shopify order number, email used at checkout, photos for damage claims, and the deadline if the issue is time-sensitive. We usually reply within 1-2 business days; timing can vary during travel and festival weekends.

Processing Time: All orders are handcrafted and printed to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods:

• Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.90 for orders $0-$34.99
• FREE Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $0.00 for orders $35.00+
• Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $6.90 for U.S. orders

Checkout rates: Final shipping options and totals are shown in Shopify checkout before payment.

Festival Rush Orders: Need it before your next festival? Contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether expedited production is available and quote any rush cost.

International Shipping: Currently shipping to US addresses only.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your trinkets. Eligible non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Opened or used festival-wear and accessories are not eligible for non-defective returns
• Custom, personalized, crew batch, logo, or collab orders cannot be returned unless defective
• Original packaging should be included when possible

Defects & Damages: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Just contact us within 7 days with photos.

Return Costs: For non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges and rush fees are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our fulfillment error.

How to Return:

• We'll confirm eligibility, return steps, and whether a return shipping label applies
• Pack the item securely and ship it back
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected
